I think first time I heard this song was on "hamesha Jawan geeton ka
program" on radio Ceylon, when I had just begun to listen to Hindi film
music in late 1950's. And I was floored by the sweetness of Lata's voice
and the freshness of the composition. Immortal song. Thanks Mirza ji.
