Where else to turn, but to your blessed door?
Everywhere, sorrow. Where can we explore?
In this plight, we, the mad ones, now implore,
Do not be strangers, knowing what we pour.
Forgive our sins, and turn not your face,
In this dark hour, grant us your grace.
Accept our offering, O Baba, forgive our failing,

Your gaze of grace, we crave, in our despair,
Our hearts besieged by sorrow's heavy snare.
Upon our lips, our final breath does wait,
By the field of Karbala, we supplicate.
By the blood of martyrs, we entreat,
We pondered, oh, what has come to meet?
How can we reach our destined goal?
This hour of hardship, will it take its toll?
If this trial should pass, and fade from view,
Baba, our destiny, you will renew.
Let the helpless find solace, at last,
May our sinking ship, reach the mast.
Your sorrow, for us, is joy's sweet art,
Your darkness itself, illuminates the heart.
The limit is now reached, O Baba Makhdoom Shah,
