original number of Pankaj Mullick. It was an ingenious move on your part to
substitute Lata's version and bring Madhubala in place. It is a treat for
those who know about the passionate attraction she felt towards Dilip.
Lata's divine voice and the wonderful lyrics have combined further to
enhance the magic. Thanks a lot.

My parents too loved Mullick, Saigal, Umadevi, Kanandevi, etc. We had this record which my dad always played on gramaphone (HMV or His Master'sVoice if you remember which you had to wind manually). it a divine experience indeed, especially the wordings, the tune, the voice and very appropriate background music that allows the human voice to be felt.

congrats 4 ur gr8 effort. i hv heard original version repeatdly being my
most favorit one. pankaj has many butiful gems 2 his credit & the man was
highly talented but 4 lata g words fail me 2 praise her. there is abode of
maa saraswati g in her vocal chords. but u hv xcelntly tried 2 recreate the
video on dalip, madhu bala. tho its difficult task 2 coincide lip movement
but u hv done as one cant judge easily. really u r gr8 & should do more as
there is an ocean of such beautiful gems with us.
