well I do think so. Of course its a generalization so it doesnt apply to absolutely everyone from the "aam junta" but I do think they make movies where less importance is given to a sound script and logic, originality but instead on expensive sets and hot heroines that distract from a lack of acting skills of the actors, (in my opinion) humor thats often "inspired" by scenes from Hollywood films. But I know I'm one of the very few people who have this opinion.
