Well in Mahabharat Krishana and Radha were lovers but Krishana married Rukmani. In this song it's a bit confusing because Elizabeth is not Radha but she didn't marry him so yes se turned out to be Radha, so that makes Gauri Rukmani...

The girl who sings is Gauri, and the guy is Bhuvan, they are both from the film Lagaan. They have a love drama, and Gauri is in love with Bhuvan, but she thinks he is in love with the english girl in white dress with a red mark on her forehead. Gauri sings about Radha, whos jealous, and Bhuvan sings of Radhas love, Kopi, who wonders why she is jealous..
