singer is Amar. He was the 1940's actor from Lahore. Thanks for posting.

Amar Ji (not Durrani Ji) classic. Sung for Shamim Bano Ji and Amar Ji
himself. This seems to be a very famous film, with, no doubt excellent
songs. Zohrabai Ji, Amar Ji and Naseem Akhtar Ji at their very best.

With Zohrabai it is Amar in Male Voice.
