Thanx Mahle for sharing. Really unheard by me. I am aware of all songs of
Shikast which are rendered by Lata and Talat. These all songs are very
melodeous and still remembered like Kara kare badra, Badle rang jehan ke,
raat jaag ke nikalon, Toofan main ghiri hain, Sapnon ki suhani, Jab Jab
phool khile but this one is a hidden piece and never heard from any source
including RC. You have made my day and weekend.

Thank you Sir for liking and rich appreciation. There are many hidden gems for non-inclusion in the movies.
Only yesterday, I saw Manna Dey version of "Zindagi Khwaab Hai.." from Jagte Raho, not included in the movie.
As far this song concerned I got it by chance when I was conducting research on another beautiful song "Sapnon ki Suhanii Duniya Mei.n" and landed here. I also found that in the TM song mentioned, last stanza is not included in the video, but available in audio.

Nalini Jaywant was a very powerful actress.Her perfrmance in Shikast and
Anokha Pyar- both against Dilip Kumar- was top class, a treat to watch.Not
many actresses could put Dilip Kumar under shadow as she did. So nice to
hear this unknown song. Thanks for the upload. mahesh.

greatest actress he ever worked with, citing her instinct for grasping the
