Art.Prod,Director,Director R.D.Mathur(Maghroor 1950,Agosh 1953 and
Cameraman Mughal-e-Azam 1960)song penned by G.S.Nepali and composed by Anil
Biswas,Cast,Suraiya Motilal Geeta Nizami,Murad and Aga.This is lata's early
era song,very aweet ,thin and melodious voice ,thanks Rehma for this

There are two more songs in Gajre 1948,sung by Lata, all filmised on Geeta
Nizami ,1-Baras baras badli bhi bikher gaye 2-Ghar yahan na basane aye
the,rest all other songs were rendered by Suraiya All songs of Gajre 1948
,were penned by G.S.Nepali.The very interesting thing about Gajre is that
Mtilal was 38 year old and Suraiya was 19,year old,and there was a great
hue and cry after the release of the film(in case of Hanste Ansoo
1950,Madhubala was 17,and Motilal was 40 year old.Press wrote alot

In Taqdeer 1943, motilal 33 and Nargis was 14 year old (motilal 1910-965)
Suraiya 1929-2004 Madhubala 1933-1969 Nargis 1929 - 1981,but in case of
Gajre press wrote a lot of about the pair of suraiya and Motilal ,Gajre was
a big hit in its time .

Thanks for the melodious young Lata Ji song. You have done an excellent job
Rehma Ji. But seeing Moidulhassan Ji's comment, unfortunately I think Lata
Ji wouldn't suite quite heavily voiced Geeta Nizami Ji (whom Rajkumari Ji
sang a lot for) for playback at all, even though she was a very good
singer. You have done a great job for your part, khush rahiye.
