In my last comment, I had written : a day of October, in Rajasthan. I was in a car, and I saw the landscape, through the window. I had the feeling that I was in Africa. I took a tape, I put music, this was the original soundtrack of movie Hero. Immediatly, there was the silence in the car. Now, when I listen to this music, I close the eyes, and I'm in India.

This film 'Hero'is one of my favourites. All the songs were superb. Subash Ghai with his penchant for new faces selected Jackie Shroff and Meenakshi Shreshadri for the roles and both of them stepped up to the mark and delivered powerpacked performances.Legends such as Shammi Kapoor, Sanjeev Kumar, Madan Puri, Bindu and Neeta Mehta made up the rest of the cast. The result was an excellent movie!!!

I've always loved this song! :) College days memories never go away. :) The sitar and bansuri music in this song is beautiful! Love the adorable lyrics reflecting the sweet storyline of the movie Hero. And, Jackie Shroff did look adorable in it despite what youtubers like 'Ahaahmadi' say negatively about him. :) Thanks for uploading one of my favorites. :) Best Always.
