Govinda is funny and cool but by no means a good actor. I take acting classes myself and he is really not very good. I think three people in my class are better. He is very overdone. And also fat.

That is such a common misconception about Govinda. Just because he did a lot of comedy films in the latter part of his career, people think he's nothing more than a comedian. Nothing can be further from the truth. The likes of Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan have named Govinda amongst their favourite artistes and there is a reason for that. Go watch films like Hatya, Dariya Dil and Swarg, and then come back and tell me Govinda isn't a very good actor. The fact is, he is one of the very best.

Odd - this is NOT the original song from the dvd. The music is the same but

What??? Good dancer? Shrugging the shoulders and doing some ski-ing actions hardly constitutes good dancing. He CAN'T dance - and this is quite apparent in the way the choreography has to be toned down for Govinda. He may act well, but dance? no way. If anyone can direct me to a film clip where he shows talent in this field I'd be keen to be proved wrong.

. Well, I have asked to be directed to ANY web-site which shows he can dance.as yet not one person has been forthcoming. Perhaps you can? I have yet to see him dance with any sort of finesse or real energy demonstrated by SRK etc. They CAN dance.and prove it in virtually every film dance scene they do.
