I think it was 1977 when i first heard this song...standing by the highway with my mommy & daddy holding their hands,i was only two yrs old, and we stopped to watch Amita Bachchan movie..that was playing @ the drive-in Theater. I remember hearing this song & boy is it ever a beautiful memories for me & so this song is very sentimental to me. I have been longing to hear this song. Thank You...& May God Bless you..

I can remember my older brother playing this in his car all the time, I
hated it, prefering AC/DC or Meat Loaf. Funny how hearing it now brings
back good memories. I still prefer AC/DC but quite like this song now

What I liked about this film was its brilliant star cast...all the men looked so handsome...especially Shashi Kapoor...he was soooo cute those days & the actresses looked simply gorgeous...btw, is there a version of this song sung by Kishoreda or are all the male parts sung by only Mukeshji?

@xfmaverickd - To my knowledge, only Mukesh. However, IMDb says there is a version sung by Amitabh Bachchan himself but I doubt it.
