This is more like a poem "kavita" and not exactly a ghazal. Jagjit Singh has sung many ghazals but this is not one.
I don't think its "Kharri Boli" as the words used are purest form of Hindi. You will find Kharri Boli in things like dohas from Raheem, Kabir etc.
